The Huddersfield Sling Library has a collection of baby & toddler slings that have been chosen because they hold the baby in the anatomically correct carrying position. Slings & carriers are loaned out to parents and carers on a monthly basis to help you find the right sling for you and your child.

It is run by a group of volunteer local sling-using parents who will help you with any questions you may have.

The objectives of the library are:

• to promote sling and baby wearing safety
• to help you make an informed choice before making a purchase
• to enable you to try a number of different styles of carrier and find the best option for you and your family
